All orders are final sale. All of our pieces at Hwang Bishop are made to order, due to the nature of our process we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage / defect.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky - especially when getting a sense of glazes, colors and finishes.  If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us prior to placing your order.

Due to differences in monitors there may be some variation in color between the actual finish colors and the final colors when viewed on your screen.  We do not guarantee a color match with your screen image.  If you are interested in matching a particular color, email us for a swatch at info@shophwangbishop.com or visit our Glazes page for references!
